- Enter your budget amounts for one or more months (January - December) using the Fill feature for quick, easy data entry by selecting how your budget amounts are spread across the selected months
- Enter what you spend each month by using the Add feature for quick, error-free data entry by selecting how you want your current month spending amounts added to your previous months
